The market can guide us here, with little form to go on by and large and a clutch of debutants, but tentatively we'll side with LANGEN VORAUS, but Stellar Cause and Morning Sir Alan also make our shortlist. Langen Voraus is making her debut; German bred, Henry Cecil's filly cost connections 34,000 Euro a couple of years ago. Although she doesn't have any other entries as yet, the yard's only entry on the card looks the most interesting debutante. Stellar Cause showed up well on debut, when attempting to make all on soft ground at Newbury over this trip. Another expensive purchase, a faster surface coupled with a drop in grade could prove to be a winning combination. Morning Sir Alan is the most exposed, and the only one to have a mark. His best run to date came here over nine furlongs in March when runner up after finding some trouble in running. He's been tried in a couple of handicaps, but could finally lose his maiden in this sort of company. The betting ring can give us some more clues, but support would be encouraging for our selection, Langen Voraus.
