With a perfect record over this six furlong trip HIGH STANDING has the verdict but Osiris Way shouldn't be ignored while Earlsmedic should go well of his current mark. The pick is three wins from three starts over this trip and has also landed four victories in his last six outings with the other two leading to runners up spots. He is still relatively unexposed and should come on from his last run, which was a distance success after a break. Orisis Way has a good record at this track having won twice in four starts at Sussex's premier venue. He goes well over this distance too and while he'll enjoy the ground he will have to shake off a 230 day break and a tough looking mark to score back to back victories. Earlsmedic is up five pounds for his last time out success but having scored under a pound higher in the not to distant past he should challenge. Rash Judgment ran well off two pounds lower over course and distance last time following a victory but his mark is now looking prohibitive so it appears that High Standing sets the standard.
