A race worthy of its status can go the way of MR AVIATOR although the top rated pair of Re Barolo and Yahrab merit respect as does dual winner Grand Passion who would be a popular winner for Geoff Wragg. Mr Aviator has twice raced over course and distance and has finished first and second. He came back to form over seven furlongs at Doncaster last time when causing something of a surprise but he should be in his element here and can gain his first success at this level. Re Barolo finished second in a Listed race over twelve furlongs last time which highlights his claims here as all of his best form has been shown over this trip. Yahrab hasn't looked back since returning to action at Great Leighs and this versatile sort should be equally at home at this track and is progressing well. Bronze Cannon has an American pedigree and a touch of class as he displayed when running Dr Fremantle to a neck in April. He's entitled to come on for his latest effort, has twice won at Kempton and has to be feared. Baharah tries this trip for the first time but she has a potent turn of foot and her dam won at this trip and beyond so she should prove effective and could conceivably improve for the extra distance. Cracking fare with Mr Aviator taken to scoop the pot.
