MISS BEAT showed enough on debut to suggest that she can come good here, while Kimberley Downs can also improve. The selection went very well on debut to finish within two lengths of the winner in a big field Newmarket maiden. Pedigree suggests that there should be no issues with this faster surface, and she is entitled to come on plenty for both the debut experience and this step up in trip. Kimberley Downs took a while to get the hang of things on his Great Leighs debut, but he stayed on well when the penny dropped and as with most Mark Johnston-trained runners he should come on plenty for it so he is not ruled out. Free Thinker has more experience than either of the other pair and went close here last time over course and distance. He won't be far away. Non Dom looks more likely to be handicapping after this so is probably best watched, and with nothing else leaping off the racecard we'll take Miss Beat to score.
