Fox Covert won well last week and is taken to notch up a quick double at the main expense of Valiant Romeo and Flying Tackle. The selection has a 6lbs penalty for his win at Thirsk last week over six furlongs, but he is equally at home over this trip and as he won quite cosily last time he should be capable of scoring again. Valiant Romeo struggled to plough through the soft ground when third behind Prime Recreation at Yarmouth when last seen out. He will be suited by the return to a faster surface here and over his optimum trip he should go well. Flying Tackle hinted at a return to form when second behind Loughlorien last time so he is another that has to enter calculations as he is certainly good enough to make the frame on the pick of his form. Enjoy The Buzz is a consistent sort and the drop back to this trip should suit so he could have place claims, but for the winner we return to Fox Covert.
