Mutamaasek can strike under a penalty although Polyquest and Prime Number are sure to have their supporters. Lady Herries' charge was worth far more than the winning margin suggests over ten furlongs and having had experience over this longer trip, we are confident that a follow-up visit to the winners enclosure can be made. Polyquest needs everything to work in her favour as her strength is entirely held in a withering late run. She is probably better than her last run suggests. Prime Number made no show over hurdles and is sent here on a belated all-weather debut. Masked had fair form over longer trips for John Hills some time ago and is now turned out by Ralph Beckett. Sun Of The Sea did not appear to act at Wolverhampton and is arguably better judged on a win here over nine furlongs. Greek Easter hasn't shown a lot for new connections but if he were to reproduce some of his form when with Brian Meehan, he wouldn't be too far away from the shake-up. Salut Saint Cloud is often seen over further but couldn't be discounted if money is seen for him as his yard are in good form at the moment. Having considered the alternatives, Mutamaasek gets the nod.
