        Verdict

        A wide open handicap in which many can be given chances on there best form. Kelpie won a shade cozily over course and distance last time out when defeating Spark of Life and despite the fact he has top weight he will be hard to beat with conditions again in his favour. Shirazi rates the main danger he defeated Siena Star in good style last time out and could run well but that rival has since done nothing for the form and it may not be as solid as it first looked. Lady Pahia is from a yard in top form and ran better than her finishing position suggests when fifth behind Penwell Hill. She could run well at a big price off what looks a lenient mark. Mad Carew won a classified race well last time out when defeating Sky Quest but this looks much more competitive. Blackmail ran well in a fair race last time doing all his best work at the finish. He is from a stable that is beginning to hit form and he is worth a cautionary look in the market. Snuki is sure to have come on for his first run of the season and he is from a yard that does well here so any market confidence would be significant. The remainder have long absences to over come or are woefully out of form and need to improve on there latest efforts to trouble the judge.
