Elegant Hawk and Blue Space both showed positive signs of good things to come on their racecourse debuts and the latter can prevail here, with Nothingtodeclaire and Woolfall Rose others considered. The selection was very greeen and slow to break on her Goodwood debut, but was getting the hang of things when a never nearer seventh of nine runners. This step up in trip will definitely be a plus, while the benefit of that experience should also be invaluable, and with a better racing position here she looks capable of scoring. Elegant Hawk put in a similar performance when fourth of 13 at the same track, and again the extra trip here will suit. She was a fancy price that day but will be much shorter now and can go close. Nothingtodeclaire was a staying on fourth over 10f here last time and although it did not look a hot contest, first time blinkers are applied and she should not be far away. Of the others Woolfall Rose got stuck in the mud last time but should appreciate these conditions and can show us more, while the market can point us in the direction of anything else, and Blue Space is the one for us here.
