In depth

Verdict

Burgundy deserves to get his head in front having found one too good in each of his last two starts and gets the vote to do just that off the same mark as when close up second here last time, getting the verdict ahead of Masterofthecourt and Transvestite. The last mentioned has shown a consistent level of form this season but may still be a shade high in the weights so looks booked for a place at best. Cinematic has paid the penalty for some decent efforts at Lingfield in March and looks best watched, while Turner's Touch seems to be in the grip of the handicapper at present. Masterofthecourt is less exposed than his rivals and could of interest on his first start on the Polytrack but Burgundy has solid claims and he gets the vote.
