Angel Pie and Challow Hills are probably the most interesting of the newcomers here but this may go to one of those with experience and preference is for Binfield, who gets the vote ahead of Maybe I Will. The last mentioned stepped up on her debut effort when a creditable third at Lingfield over six furlongs last time and should do better over an extra furlong today. Mick Channon's Dream Sea is bred to be useful but is also bred to do better over middle distances next term, while the Barry Hills-trained Hamalka is similarly bred to appreciate further. Roger Charlton's Angel Pie and Challow Hills, who is another trained by Barry Hills, have more speed in their pedigrees than some of these and have to be respected but Binfield has created a favourable impression so far and she is preferred.
