The first of the all-weather races on the card can go the way of DOMINO DANCER ahead of Cupid's Glory who is perhaps harshly carrying top weight whilst better can be expected of Shark Man who was plum last on his seasonal bow at this course. The Jim Best trained gelding has shown some nice form to win over the hurdles at Worcester and he followed this up with success in a Seller over course and distance. He made all that day to win and is likely to adopt similar tactics in this race. Cupid's Glory will appreciate the trip and although he returns after a short break he can put up a challenge if he comes back refreshed. Shark Man disappointed after a winter break last time out here but he has a decent all-weather record and it is interesting that connections step him up in trip. He is an unknown quantity at this distance and we prefer to watch him here. We side with Domino Dancer to see off the competition.
