        Verdict

        Putra Square can open his account against the likes of Idun and Vivacita. Putra Square has had quite a few chances to shine already but has not taken them, including at Kempton last time. However, he is now fitted with first-time blinkers, and with Jamie Spencer booked to ride, connections will be confident of a big run here. Idun did not get the best of luck in running when fifth on her Chester bow, but she stuck on well up the inside rail, and can only have learnt from the experience, while Vivacita looked all over the winner when kicked clear at Wolverhampton last time, but she was nabbed on the line by Hareem. River Deuce should not be entirely overlooked in a poor race like this, but we shall give Putra Square one more chance.
