Verdict

Trainer Hugh Collingridge thinks quite a bit about SUZI SPENDS and she looks a good bet to land this fillies' handicap; her chief rivals could be Rio Guru and Jadaara. The selection was only narrowly beaten by Try Me at Great Leighs last time, but the race wasn't run to suit that day and if she gets the strong gallop she needs then she should prove hard to beat. Rio Guru won well last time at Great Leighs but she is more exposed than our selection and her 6lbs penalty might just find her out. She had also previously finished behind our selection so she looks one to take on. Jadaara was not disgraced at Bath last time but this drop in trip is not sure to play to her strengths and on that basis we will take her on. Red Linnet will be suited by the return to this venue as her best two runs have come here. Suzi Spends could be a filly to stay on the right side of and she is the confident pick.
