Redsensor is the selection ahead of Mairead's Boy, Bollywood Style and What's For Tea. After chasing home Tajdeef no less on his Newbury debut in August, it appeared a formality that Redsensor would open his account sooner rather than later. However, Richard Hannon's charge has failed to progress, and even first-time blinkers on his Polytrack debut here recently failed to help. So, the colt is now dropped down to claiming company, and will hopefully put matters right. Mairead's Boy was runner-up in this grade over six-furlongs on his last engagement, and is now put back up in trip which should help, while Bollywood Style, who up to now has not been highly tried, drops back in trip. What's For Tea made all in a Kempton claimer three runs ago, and has run quite well in this grade since, so has to be considered for a place at least. However, in the hope that Redsensor has not deteriorated too much, he gets the vote.
