A good handicap in prospect and LYCEANA is our selection with Eastern Gift and Trafalgar Square sure to have their supporters. The selection has clearly taken some time to come to hand but Michael Jarvis' patience has attracted its due reward as she won a recent Great Leighs maiden with a degree of authority. The question is now as to whether the handicapper has done his sums correctly. Eastern Gift has had plenty of chances. He finally managed to get his head infront at Kempton after a number of close up chances and it remains to be seen as to whether the winning habit is one he can get into. Trafalgar Square tends to do most of his running around Kempton these days. His yard are sending out winners. Kidlat makes a debut for Brendan Powell having left Luca Cumani. Bridge Of Fermoy is a regular winner in plating contests and on a return from absence, blinkers replace a visor. Yankee Storm made no impression on debut for new connections. Pegasus Again has first time cheekpieces this afternoon. Lyceana gets the verdict.
