This is a top listed contest which looks like it will be played out between Jobe and CANWINN with the latter getting the vote and Midnight Cruiser rated as the next best. Mick Channon's yard has hit form this week and Canwinn can continue that run after a decent effort in Group Three race in France last season. The last run is best forgotten has he was well under par over a trip that proved a little too far and he should improve further racing back over a mile. Jobe is the highest rated in the field but it could be that mark is a little on the high side. He found just a couple too good in a Group Two contest last summer before being outclassed in the Middle Park Stakes and that was followed by a no more than solid effort in a so far weak Group Three. He¿s still yet to prove stamina for a trip longer than six furlongs he might be best watched. Midnight Crusier has plenty to find on the two principles but has been solid enough to feature while Deposer and Cry Of Freedom have a shot at the prize pot. The best race of the day this where the verdict lands in the saddle of Canwinn.
