Gary Moore's landed this race in four of the last six years, and he sends TURNER'S TOUCH to post here, who's capable of getting the better of higher rated rivals Phoenix Flight and North Parade. The selection's been third in his last couple of outings, and all his previous seven wins came when carrying more weight. He can at times look a little reluctant, but the yard do well here, and this is their only interest on the card. Sir Mark Prescott has an even better strike rate, and Phoenix Flight comes here with the highest rating and has been put in at top weight. He's yet to win at this trip though, and may be sent off at a prohibitive price, but all his previous races, including two wins and places have come in much better races than this. North Parade steps back up to a trip at which he's previously won on good ground at Haydock, so he should handle the surface; he seems adaptable as his other success came at Southwell last time out. He's far from consistent though, which is why he and others have been put in at this level, and we'll take a chance with Turner's Touch.
