A tough handicap where not too many can confidently be ruled out. However, marginal preference is for Gig Harbour, who is being kept on the go in the hope that he can pick up a nice little prize on the all weather this winter. Brilliant Red, High Point and the ultra-tough Tight Squeeze are all very much respected in their claims and are others to consider when drawing up the shortlist. Whereas Cruise Director is better than he showed last time and is worth keeping an eye on in the betting. But Gig Harbour goes very well at this time of year and, with a very useful 3lb claimer taking 3lb off his back, he can make the best of his way home from what is a favourable draw in stall 3.
