Verdict

Autograph Hunter is taken to get his head back in front now dropped back in trip, with Ravi River and Nans Joy his main rivals. Mark Johnston's horses continue to thrive on the all-weather and whilst his young charge had his limitations exposed last time out, he is taken to lead his rivals a merry dance today. Jockey Joe Fanning is very adept from the front and he could be hard to peg back if gifted an easy lead early on. Ravi River is returning from a break but has solid claims if fit enough. He was a beaten favourite when last seen at Chester and looks progressive but he may just need the run. The filly Nans Joy was a fair second ten days ago and should have come on for that run. She rates a a live danger, whilst course and distance winner Murrin cannot be ruled out either. Urban Warrior completes the field but has only won once in 15 starts so is passed over, and we will return to Autograph Hunter to land the spoils.
