MAYBE I WILL attracted support last time when beaten at Bath but she is fancied to get back some of the losses here, at the main expense of the consistent pair of Dancing Jest and Will He Wish. The selection failed to fire at all at Bath last time which was surprising given her good record at the track previously. The handicapper has taken a pound off her handicap mark as a result which puts her back onto her last winning mark and with no ground worries, we will take her to bounce back to form. Will He Wish has won here before and the ever-green 13-year-old must be considered a major player with quick ground to his advantage, whilst Dancing Jest may appreciate the return to a mile this evening. Indy Driver has become disappointing to follow, Graceful Descent showed ability as a two-year-old but she didn't build on that at three and so she has something to prove now. Princelywallywogan and Flying Valentino are two more to consider, but in what looks an open contest it is Maybe I Will who can.
Will He Wish 10-1 (8-11) Always prominent, driven to lead over 1f out, soon hard ridden, headed and no extra close home, 2nd of 9, nk behind Charlevoix (8-11) at Yarmouth 1m hcp 0-75 (5) gf in Apr.
Flying Valentino 33-1 (8-4) Chased leaders, under pressure, weakened over 2f out, last of 13, 43l behind Good Again (8-4) at Ascot 1m fll hcp (2) gf in May.
We're Delighted 6-1 (9-1) Mid-division, driven over 2f out, kept on same pace, never on terms, 7th of 11, 9l behind Splash The Cash (8-5) at Catterick 7f hcp 0-75 (5) gd in May.
Indy Driver 4-1 (9-4) Prominent, ridden to lead just over 2f out, headed over 1f out, weakened inside final furlong, 6th of 11, 8l behind Rotative (9-7) at Wolverhampton 1m 4f hcp 0-75 (5) pol.
Graceful Descent (FR) 11-1 (8-11) Raced wide towards rear, pushed along over 3f out, ridden and headway 2f out, soon one pace, 4th of 11, 8l behind Turban Heights (9-7) at Southwell 1m 4f hcp (5) fbs in Nov.
Dancing Jest (IRE) 9-2 (9-4) Led, ridden over 2f out, headed entering final furlong, soon one pace, 2nd of 11, 5l behind Cwm Rhondda (8-10) at Yarmouth 1m 2f hcp 0-60 (6) gf in May.

Princelywallywogan 11-2 (8-11) Held up in touch, ridden and headway to chase winner over 1f out, kept on, no chance with winner, 2nd of 7, 6l behind Solo River (8-2) at Leicester 1m 2f clm stks (5) gf.
