Coppergirl can gain a second career victory at the expense of Cherri Fosfate, Go Dude and Everyman. Connections had to go to 22,000gns to retain Coppergirl after her success in similar company to today's at Yarmouth in July, but she has not vindicated their faith in two subsequent outings. However, the return to this level should help, and the blinkers, which did not help last time, are now dispensed with. Lightly-raced, she can continue to progress and gets the vote. Cherri Fosfate won a poor seller on softer ground at Redcar last time, and Go Dude is still a maiden, as is Everyman. The latter was behind Leprechaun's Gold in the race won by Mister Fizzbomb at Beverley a fortnight ago and looks held by that rival again. Not an event to get too worked up about, and Coppergirl is the pick to small stakes.
