Clipper Hoy is really well treated at present and will pop up sooner or later, but is passed over on this occasion and the vote goes to Mambazo, with Sahara Silk also expected to run well. The selection landed a few nice bets when beating the in form Canadien Danehill at Lingfield last time. He was a detached last early on before coming with a smooth run to lead on the line. There could be more in the locker and he can land back to back victories. Sahara Silk has gone very close on her last two runs at Wolverhampton and although not dropping in the handicap she should still be involved in the finish. Clipper Hoy as we mentioned is on a very good mark and if the talented five pound claimer can get this one to put his best foot forward he will go very close. All in all a very tricky event with Golden Dixie and Salviati also worth a mention, but Mambazo is in top form and gets our vote.
