This auction maiden might not take much winning and Crafty Dealer showed enough first time out that with nominal improvement he should land this. He showed real signs of inexperience both before and in that contest but ran on quite well in the closing stages. Mille Feuille is the obvious danger to the selection. She was running on to such good effect over seven furlongs last time that it is likely she will be more effective over further in time. Beauchamp Wizard looked to blow up after returning from a break last time. The winner of that event had shown smart form beforehand in decent maidens so the form might not be too bad while the family have done well on the all-weather. Wreningham is an exposed sort and a maiden after thirteen starts. He is not the strongest finisher over six and reservations exist on whether this step up to seven will suit. Crafty Dealer can put it right up to Mille Feuille can land this.
