The booking of Ryan Moore for Meydan Princess looks significant so the Noseda filly is selected. Chief amongst the dangers are Wigram's Turn and King's Icon. The selection shaped well on her first two starts at Yarmouth and Newmarket before really taking the eye with a rousing finish in a Lingfield maiden on her third and final juvenile start. The form isn't that strong but that has resulted in her receiving a very workable handicap mark and she can make the most of it today. Wigram's Turn was well beaten in a Listed race won by Raven's Pass on his third start of the season but it's interesting that he was deemed capable of having a crack at that company and he appears to have trained on judging by his return to action. That run saw him run on really well to finish second to a handicap blot despite having missed the break. This longer trip will suit and he's feared most of all. King's Icon has something to prove now but he looked pretty useful on his first two starts and it will be interesting to see which way he moves in the market. On this occasion though, we'll side with Meydan Princess.
