Not a very strong handicap and the draw could play its part here, so we'll take a chance with Mambazo to come good again for Stuart Williams, while Owed may prove the big danger. The selection handles all three polytrack circuits well and has a couple of c&d wins to his name. He is back on a mark 9lb below his last win and has a good pitch here against the inside rail so provided he breaks well he has every chance. Owed is drawn next door and his recent form has been solid in context although all of it has been at Southwell and it remains to be seen whether he can reproduce it on his first visit here for some time. Chatshow is just 2lb higher than his last win and goes ok around here, so he has frame claims, while Avontuur would have an equally good shout if he could be relied upon to get out of the stalls with more urgency. Tenancy reserves his best for Southwell and Wicked Uncle has to contend with a car park draw, so preference here is for Mambazo.
