Plenty of this field come into this wide open handicap on good form but it can be argued that ARTEUS is the best treated of the last time out winners and we're on the side of Jane Chapple-Hyam's charge but only just ahead of Tudor Prince and Tourist. A change to front running tactics worked the oracle for the selection, who made very yard to score over distance at Folkestone on his latest start. He won his maiden over course and distance so the track holds no mysteries and if the penny has dropped he should go in again at just two pounds heavier. Tudor Prince has scored twice in four starts at this venue including an easy victory last time out. He's up five pounds for that success, which seems fair, and he looks a leading player once more. Tourist was also a comfortable winner the last time we saw him, capping a progressive run of form. He's not won here in three attempts but is still in the mix off his revised rating. Millfield, Rondeau and Silver Guest can all have cases made for them as well based on their current burdens but Arteus can build on that last win if sticking to the same game plan
