In this maiden over a mile its PARSON'S PUNCH who's best of the bunch ahead of Caro George and Fancy Footsteps. The three-year-old from the Peter Cundell stable showed improvement on his handicap debut last time where it was noted a truer pace than on that day would open him up to further progression. He should get that here and the step down back to a mile is also in his favour. Caro George for Roger Charlton should also have claims here after a solid start to his racing career. He ran well below his mark last time on his handicap debut but should come on from that and going around right handed adds to his stock. Fancy Footsteps has improved on from each of her only two starts thus far although they're nothing to write home about. There is an inkling this one has ability but on her first trip on the Polytrack he's best watched. Jimmy Fortune's mount of Wellington Square could also be in the mix at the business end of the race but will need to recapture the form, which saw him land two places on his first two starts. It's Parson's Punch for us though
