MORSE, who has been knocking on the door in his last two outing, just gets the verdict in another wide open affair with Rhapsilian and Patavium Prince. Jamie Osbourn'e charge may well be on a losing run that dates back to December 2006 but in his last two trips here he has only just been beaten into second on both occasions. In the penultimate of these he was beaten by an animal racing off a really competitive mark and again showed he will win a race of this standard in this sort of form last time. Like our selection Rhapsilian has been close to landing what would be only her second career victory in 21 starts. Two near misses in second around here preceded a decent third from 15 at Brighton before she returned to the polytrack at Kempton to finish a creditable third again. Running off a similar mark to all those performances again she may have better luck in this company. Patavium Prince for Jo Crowley is a horse where the handicapper may just have caught up with him for his last performance when 12th of 15, which was at the end of a sequence of form that saw the five-year-old finish either first or second in seven races prior to that. Now compensated for that poor run he should be competitive again. Who's Winning could also have a chance after an improved outing here last time but possessing a code of victory is Morse.
