Verdict

A winner at Windsor, Giveaway Glance was last of six over a longer trip at Chelmsford last time and Exceeding Power failed in a bid for a hat-trick when well beaten at Ascot, albeit in a tougher race than this. It remains to be seen if Magellan can do any better raised 7lb for last month’s victory over 1m3f here while Atticus Boy is upped in class after landing a hat-trick. Ship Of The Fen has a shout on a recent third at Goodwood but NATIVE FIGHTER drops in class after finishing fourth over track and trip and Simon Dow’s charge gets the nod to come out best.
