Verdict

This looks a good opportunity for TAKAJAN and he is taken to get the better of Roshina and Brave Decision. Sylvester Kirk's three-year-old has only been narrowly beaten on his last two starts and prior to that he had looked a smart prospect in Ireland. He has a decent draw today and although he probably doesn't have a lot to work with off a mark of 73, he is taken to open his account. Roshina has had plenty of chances in Ireland to score, but the return to a mile is in her favour here and a reproduction of what she showed at Dundalk two starts ago would give her a big chance. Brave Decision showed up well on his debut at Wolverhampton, but he was very disappointing last time out at the same venue and he has a few questions to answer after that below-par effort. Charlie Smirke is running well at present but he keeps finding the one too good and he may have to settle for the role of bridesmaid again today. Kevin Ryan has his string in good form at present so his newcomer Killing Moon is one to note in the betting, but preference is for Takajan who gets our vote.
