Glamorous Spirit is sure to be popular with punters here but the vote is given to ABSA LUTTE over Thoughtsofstardom. The draw is a big plus for our selection who does boast course and distance winning form. He finished fourth here last time out, but he wasn't beaten all that far and that run should have sharpened him up after a short break. Glamorous Spirit finished narrowly in front of our selection last time and on these terms there should be little between them again. However, our selection does have a slightly more favourable draw and he looks the value call. Thoughtsofstardom beat Handsome Cross over this course and distance last month; in fact he has won his last two starts over this course and distance. However, he does like to race prominently so he will have to break smartly if he is to get to the front from his low draw. Bryan Smart is in good form so it would not be a surprise to see Zegna go well at a price, while Peak District will have to bounce back from a disappointing effort at Wolverhampton last month. This looks quite trappy and the vote is given to Absa Lutte.
