Dovedon Hero is capable at this level and is a sporting choice to lead the field home; with Montosari and the lightly weighted Linden Lime others to monitor. Linden Lime was no match for the selection when they met at Lingfield in February, but shaped as if she has improved with a better effort at Folkestone six days ago. She is on the same mark here and is capable of making the frame on these terms. Montosari brushed aside Monte Cristo on his penultimate start and fared as well as was expected when he was upped in grade here last time. This course obviously holds no fears for him and he rates as a big danger today. However, Dovedon Hero is very well treated at present and, as Jimmy Fortune got a good tune out of him at the start of this month, everything looks to be in place for a big run from the partnership again this afternoon.
