KERRIEMUIR LASS has the vote here with more negatives than positives about Colophony and Dancing Mist. Brendon Powell's charge still seems to have a fair handicap mark after she started to live up to her ability with a batting second of 16 at Fontwell last time. This trip is perhaps a little long for her but that can be said about a number of these runners and with more expected she could be back in the winners enclosure. Colophony could be defeated after the assessor saw it fit to raise him 10lbs for his victory over course and distance last time. The last attempt to lug this mark around ended with him well out of touch however here he could be in the places. Despite in good form this trip looks to be too far for Dancing Mist with his best efforts coming over two miles and a furlong. In his last effort he finished a tired horse over that distance and with no easing up in his mark then he could struggle again with a shot at the minor honours not that far fetched. Mick Jerome could have a small chance at landing each-way punters some cash with good showings in Scandinavia before unseating his jockey at Cheltenham last time but Kerrimuir Lass has the best chances.
