The mare Chicklemix has to go on the short-list here following her third to Dormouse over 2m at Warwick. But she tackles a longer trip today so it may be worth relying on the proven stamina of BE MY LIGHT, who won over this C&D under Kielan Woods in January and probably raced a little too keenly at Taunton on a subsequent start. Cloudy Spirit has claims on her fourth at Ludlow but Emperor Charlie may find this an insufficient test of stamina and Lyster hasn't been seen since finishing fourth at Stratford last May. Apache Chant won a minor contest at Market Rasen in January but may struggle off his new mark in this.
