MONETARY FUND comes from a top stable and is taken to win on his hurdles debut, while both Screaming Brave and Wester Ross will be worth noting in the betting market. Although he only won the one race the selection was rated as high as 83 on the flat when trained by Gerard Butler. He showed a decent level of form over various different trips and will have been well prepared by his current trainer for his hurdles debut and with a clear round he is sure to go close. Screaming Brave won twice on the level for Mick Channon but at best was only moderate. He has however improved over hurdles and was a winner on his second start for his new connections at Leicester back in November. He has not been over raced and comes back form a short break but any further rain will hinder his chances. Wester Ross won his maiden hurdle at Uttoxeter in October but has been thrown into the deep end since. This looks a more realistic challenge so any market moves should be noted. Monetary Fund looks a smart hurdling prospect and gets the vote to win on his debut.
