Lady Lily was good value for her success against her own generation when successful at Redcar last month and is taken to beat older rivals today, with the main threats rated as High Curragh and Malcheek. The last mentioned has been running consistently well of late and can be expected to be thereabouts again on ground that suits. Fire Up The Band is capable of taking a hand in the finish but is not as good as he once was, while Come Out Fighting has been largely disappointing of late and may be best watched. High Curragh gained a deserved success when landing a course and distance handicap last time and has to be respected on that evidence but preference is for Lady Lily who looks to be going the right way now.
