There are some interesting newcomers in this contest including Dazzling Colours and Tawzeea but Call For Liberty sets a decent standard and he gets the vote. The selection has shown improved form since making a promising debut on what was probably unsuitably soft ground and a reproduction of the form shown in his last two starts may well suffice. Pha Mai Blue has shown ability but needs to improve to trouble the selection and a bigger threat may come from one of the newcomers. Peter Makin's Classic Descent is a well-related son of Auction House and warrants respect along with Jeremy Noseda's Dazzling Colours, who is bred for speed and fast ground. Mark Johnston's Tawzeea is bred to be useful and has to be of interest but the yard's runners normally improve with racing and a safer bet may be Call For Liberty.
