Hanseatic League and Easy Feeling look to hold all the aces in this maiden stakes and the confident vote is given to Hanseatic League. The selection showed plenty of promise in a similar event at Ripon behind Mizz Tee, and as that filly has since gone on to run well in a Listed race at Beverley, the form of that run looks rock solid. Easy Feeling rates the main danger as she ran well enough behind Sharplaw Star at Leicester last time. However, the suspicion is that she is slightly better over further and for that reason she is opposed. Toldo and Alexia Rose are the other two to consider as their trainers both have excellent records with first time out winners, so if the market speaks in the favour of either of them, then it could pay to take the hint. However, the form of Hanseatic League looks solid and we are happy to stick with this Mark Johnston colt who is taken to score.
