      Verdict

Bucks gets the vote here with Danakil, Amethyst Rock and Fairy Wind put forward as the main dangers. The selection confirmed his well-being with a game success to defeat Clarinch Claymore at Nottingham last time out. He should not be inconvenienced by the drop in trip as he has previously won over it, and with conditions to suit he is taken to score. Danakil won with a shade in hand in this type of event last time at Lingfield and he has to be respected as he is in such great heart at present. Amethyst Rock is stepped up in trip after running well at Wolverhampton last time behind Super Dominion, but he is unproven over this far and for that reason he is opposed. Fairy Wind could be interesting as he was well supported before disappointing at Wolverhampton last time, but he is dropped in trip here and if the market vibes are again positive then he could be worth considering. This is a difficult race for punters to call, but Bucks has plenty going for him and is taken to score.
