College Maid has been tumbling down the handicap of late having shown little spark so far this term, but she showed clear signs of a return to something approaching her best with a better run at Ayr earlier in the week. Jim Goldie's mare will enjoy the soft ground and could go close. Roxanne Mill has done well this term and could well make a serious race of it if in the same mood as last time when beating one of todays rivals Mary Jane. Lydias Look is another to be falling to a decent mark and should not be lightly dismissed, but despite the help of Kevin Darley it is hard to enthuse over the chances of George Margarson's Distant Diva.
