Bundy, from the bang-in-form stable of Michael Dodds, can defy topweight at the expense of Silver Mascot, with Legal Set and Xanadu worth a mention. Darlington trainer Michael Dodds has been in terrific form over the past week and you can be sure that Bundy will line up with a leading chance. The eight-year-old has gone very close here on his last two starts and must surely come good soon. Second to Sir Don eight days ago, a good run by the third, Tancred Times in the race prior to this, would advertise his claims. Already successful over the course and distance in the past, Bundy holds Legal Set on that last piece of form and can defy topweight. Silver Mascot, from last year's winning yard of Ian Semple, caused a shock when beating one of tonight's rivals Xanadu, at Carlisle, but is not fancied to confirm the form at the revised weights. Friar Tuck is hard to catch at the right time, and we would rather side with Bundy who has a lot going for him in the finale.
