Spritza has a solid chance on these terms and is preferred to Snowflight and Chip N Pin. The last named, unlike a few of the others, has at least hinted that he has a race within her and she would only need to reproduce the form of her latest outing to figure strongly at this level. Still, she is hardly the most consistent performer on show and needs to post a much improved effort. Snowflight posted a fair effort at Pontefract a fortnight ago and, having proved he handles a stiff finish, he can go close again today. Watch the betting carefully where he is concerned. However, Spritza has obvious claims at this level and, as she is sure to act on the going, Michael Bell's charge appears to be the best option in a race that lacks strength in depth.
