Creative can build on a promising debut to come out on top in the opener, with Lady Benjamin and Rahere seen as the main dangers. Creative made his debut behind the odds-on Swiss Franc at Newmarket 11 days ago, posting a creditable fourth on ground that was probably too soft. Entered for Redcar's Two-Year-Old Trophy later in the year, he will find today's conditions more to his liking, and with the extra furlong to suit as well, should make a bold bid to open his account. Lady Benjamin was not helped by an outside draw when fourth at Wolverhampton, and may appreciate being back on Turf, while Rahere is an interesting newcomer from the Mark Johnston stable. The son of King's Best is related to plenty of juvenile winners, and will no doubt be produced fit and ready. Any support for him should be heeded, but we shall remain loyal to Creative.
