An open enough handicap here and we'll suggest LONE WOLFE to come good at the main expense of Beat The Bell, while Evens And Odds can finish in the money. The selection was dropped back to this trip last time and went close at Lingfield. He generally breaks well and likes to set the pace, and with pilot Alan Munro being one of the best judges of that around, Jane Chapple-Hyam's runner looks worth chancing. Beat The Bell has been in great form and Alan Bailey's yard has probably paid for Christmas on the back of his two recent victories. Now 16lb higher than his course and distance success at the beginning of the month, he will do well to complete the hat-trick. Guilded Warrior drops back in trip here and in spite of only a 2lb rise he might not have the pace to win this. Evens And Odds has contested a number of much stronger races than this and he has got plenty of pace, so it is hard to believe that he won't get involved at the business end, but we'll take Lone Wolfe to score.
