John Gosden has his runners in fine fettle and WAJAHA looks capable of improving considerably on her debut to take this fillies' maiden, while Persian Memories, Furious Belle and Charlotte Point all look capable of getting involved. The selection made a pleasing debut to finish just over eight lengths adrift of the very useful RA Junior at Newmarket. The winner has since come out and run well again, as has the second, so there is every reason to believe that the Haafhd filly will be able to do the same. She should also benefit from the step up to a mile. Persian Memories is kept to maidens by John Dunlop after three decent runs in this sphere now and she too should come on for the extra furlong so has to be in the mix. Furious Belle was a shade disappointing second time out but Peter Chapple-Hyam runs here again after just a three week break and it will be interesting to see how she performs over the trip for the first time. Charlotte Point showed improvement from first run to second and if she maintains the upward curve now back over a mile then she should also be involved, but for today we prefer the claims of Wajaha.
