Faleh gets the call here ahead Highland Cascade, Aastral Magic, Fantaisiste, Easy Feeling, Danehill Dazzler and Halle Bop. Barry Hills' filly won her maiden decisively at Doncaster and a rating of 76 for her handicap bow seems reasonable. She would not have to be exceptional to run well here and, as such, gets the vote. A few generally disappointing types - thus far - oppose her but Highland Cascade is one that comes into the race in good heart and, if you can forgive her Sandown run, Aastral Magic would hold claims on her Leicester win from Fantaisiste before that, although the pair are closely weighted - along with Easy Feeling - based on that form now. Danehill Dazzler is quite well weighted now if she can get back to her early-season form, as is Miss Patricia. Finally, Midcap won her maiden well last time, but it was a modest affair, while, with her stable now in form, Halle Bop can be expected to put up a better show than last time. All of which returns us to the selection, which is Faleh.
