Idle Power could be ready to hit form and is selected to beat Nivernais and Blue Knight. Jim Boyle¿s yard have had a quiet time this season but there have been signs over the last few days that it could be about to change. Idle Power himself has not been performing to his ability but has plummeted in the weights and can now race off a mark 18 pounds lower than when ninth in the Stewards Cup. Nivernais has to shoulder top-weight but has to be respected on his course and distance effort behind Texas Gold last season. Blue Knight is the mount of Keiren Fallon and comes her in good heart following an excellent second behind Devise at Kempton. Of the others Devon Flame could go close if fit on his seasonal bow, but Idle Power looks very well treated on his best form and he gets our vote.
