J M W Turner has slipped down to a most attractive handicap mark and, having shown himself to be in good heart at present, can take full advantage. Nick Littmoden's charge ran particularly well when just touched off by a well treated and more experienced rival at Hamilton last time and will prove hard to beat against his own age group here. Summerson is progressing and is capable of further progress off a lowly mark on his handicap bow while Yorkie has been a little below par of late but would have claims on his earlier placed efforts in similar company. Strawberry Sands ran well over this course and distance last time but is not the most consistent and looks worth opposing on this occasion while Groovy Willow may be suited by further.
