Dingaan and Savile's Delight are to the fore of the reckoning but we'll take a chance with Pic Up Sticks. Any number to consider here as one would expect and it would be no surprise were Dingaan to reverse last week's course and distance form with Savile's Delight as the run and this quicker ground should suit. North South Divide may well be suited by this drop in trip and the application of cheekpieces whilst his jockey has a decent record for the yard. Seamus Shindig travelled kindly for a long way last time, Resplendent Alpha has been highly tried, Vintage may be progressive and Forest Dane and Gwilym have the ability to win this. So too does the selection despite his advancing years and his record at the track bodes well for his chances today as does the fact that his trainer saddled the winner of the corresponding race last year. He's not too badly handicapped on the pick of his form and his low draw should be fine but more of a concern is his lack of an outing this campaign. We're prepared to take a chance on that in an open race though and will select Pic Up Sticks.
