Nonrunner

In depth

Verdict

Strong Survivor has gone up by 6lbs for his short-head defeat by Wind Flow at Wolverhampton but he's unexposed and can go one better here; Cavallini is a huge threat. The selection has had just seven career starts on the flat, just two of those have been on the all-weather and only one at this trip. He showed improved form over this distance last time and can find the necessary improvement to open his account. He's weighted to reverse the form with Wind Flow who has since run well in defeat but he could have something to fear from Gary Moore's runner. Cavallini has bounced back to form with a win at Lingfield last month before going close behind a smart sort in Boz over course and distance. He's well handicapped on his old form and looks well handicapped racing from the same mark as for his latest run but we'll still take Strong Survivor to come out on top.
